As a Vanguard client, you will also be assigned a personal account manager who will help create a customized maintenance program for you. Our operations team will check in regularly to ensure your satisfaction with our cleaning service. Your account manager is also available 24/7 by phone.

Also as a Vanguard client you will be provided with a "log book" that we use to communicate with you each time we clean. Depending on how often we are assigned to clean your facility this may be on a daily basis. This ensures that we are always on the same page, and know of your concerns and desires.
